Prism String Quartet!
We want our involvement in your event to be a fuss-free experience.
First and foremost, we want to ensure your date is secure on our calendar.
In order to do this, we require a $100 deposit* (which will be applied to your total payment).
First hour: $400.00 (we require a minimum one hour commitment)
After first hour, rates are $200.00 per hour
(Rates are charged in increments of 30 minutes)
*A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your event date on our calendar.
The deposit will be applied to your total, with the balance remaining due on the date of the event. If a cancellation occurs prior to one month of your secured date, $50 of the deposit will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation of our services occurs within one month of your secured date.

Event Payment Examples:
1. Imagine you want us to perform for 2 hours at your wedding. The first hour would cost 400 dollars, and the 2nd hour would cost an additional 200 dollars. Your total cost would be 600 dollars, 100 of which would be paid via your deposit prior to your wedding day.
2. Imagine you want us to play for 1.5 hours for your company Christmas party. The first hour would cost 400 dollars. Since we charge 200 dollars for each additional hour, the additional half hour would cost you 100 dollars, making your total cost 500 dollars. You would send us a 100 dollar deposit, and then pay the remaining 400 dollars on the day of the event.
